These terms govern your use of atlasgomorocco.com and the concierge and travel-arrangement services provided by AtlasGo Travel Concierge SARL.
Our role
AtlasGo Travel Concierge arranges and coordinates travel services — transfers, tours, activities, accommodation, events and related concierge services — across Marrakech, Casablanca and Tangier. In many cases we act as an intermediary between you and independent local suppliers.
Quotes & bookings
Prices and itineraries we share are tailored estimates and are not binding until a booking is confirmed in writing. A booking is confirmed once we acknowledge it and any required deposit is received.
Payments, changes & cancellations
Payment terms, amendments and cancellation conditions are set out in your individual booking confirmation and may reflect the terms of the underlying suppliers. Please review them before confirming.
Liability
Where we act as an intermediary, the relevant supplier is responsible for the services it provides. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the services we directly provide. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Intellectual property
All content on atlasgomorocco.com — text, imagery and branding — is owned by or licensed to AtlasGo Travel Concierge SARL and may not be reproduced without permission.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco, and the courts of Marrakech have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
