When you submit a quote request or contact us, we collect the details you provide: your name, email address, phone/WhatsApp number, travel dates, party size, chosen services and any notes.

How we use your data

We use your information solely to respond to your enquiry, prepare and deliver a tailored quote, arrange the services you request, and improve our website. We do not sell your personal data.

Legal basis

We process your data on the basis of your consent and to take steps, at your request, prior to entering into a contract for travel services.

Sharing

To deliver your trip we may share necessary details with trusted local suppliers (drivers, guides, accommodation, activity providers) strictly as needed to fulfil your request. We use reputable processors (e.g. hosting and email providers) bound by confidentiality.

Retention

We keep enquiry data only as long as needed to serve you and to meet legal or accounting obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymised.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and may withdraw consent at any time, by emailing contact@atlasgomorocco.com. If you are in the EU/UK you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.
